Wilber Rudolph Wallace is a motivator of people born in Ocala, Florida, raised in Allendale, South Carolina, and Graduated from Allendale Fairfax High School.  He is the founder of The Life Hope View, and building a community of people dedicated to "helping people help themselves" to achieve the fullness of life they desire.  Mr. Wallace is happily married, and the proud father of three lovely daughters.  He graduated Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC where he obtained a Bachelors in sociology of Criminal Justice. He later attended graduate school at South University in Columbia, SC where he obtained a Masters in Professional Counseling. He has also served in the Law Enforcement profession for 21 years, during which time he has served in the capacity of a Patrolmen, Police Corporal, Sargent, Lieutenant, and Chief of Public Safety. He has gained a wide array of life experiences through his educational and professional endeavors. He received his Certificate of Ordination through The Kingdom Network. Elder Wallace is committed to a holistic view of purpose for everyone, and helping others find success in the purpose for which they were created.
